Speech Language Pathologist – (SLP) – Part-Time – Home Health – Covington

Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Covington, TN.

Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state scope of practice.

Develop and implement care plans in coordination with the healthcare team and assist physicians.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support communication and functional improvement.

Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience, current licensure, CCC-SLP certification, and home health experience.

Require reliable transportation, CPR certification, and the ability to travel within the service area.
