Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Covington, TN.

  • Provide assessment, treatment, and functional training for patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
  • Evaluate patient needs, develop therapy plans in collaboration with physicians, and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Must have at least 1 year of clinical and home health experience, current license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the service area.
