Job Description
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) role involves providing speech and language services to students in grades 4-12 with IEPs, primarily in an autism-focused school setting. Under supervision, the SLP will develop, implement, and monitor communication goals, utilize ABA strategies, and participate in data-driven instruction and team collaboration. Responsibilities include evaluating students, attending IEP meetings, coaching staff, ensuring paperwork compliance, and tracking student progress. The position may supervise SLPAs and requires effective communication with students and families.
