The position involves providing compassionate evaluation and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders for critically ill patients in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in quality improvement activities. Qualifications include current state licensure as an SLP and BLS certification within 90 days. Preferred candidates hold a CCC from ASHA.
