Job Description

This Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders as part of an interdisciplinary Rehabilitation team.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Clinical Competence certification, and state licensure.

Key duties encompass evaluating residents, developing and administering treatment plans, documenting progress, consulting with healthcare professionals, educating residents and families, and coordinating evaluations and treatments based on physician orders.

The position requires participation in in-service education, maintaining professional conduct, attending conferences, assisting with billing, and ensuring a safe, organized environment. Flexibility for emergency duties and routine tasks is also necessary.

Pay is $50/hour with benefits including continuing education credits. Candidates should answer whether they have previous experience with the facility during application.
