Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate school-based Speech Language Pathologist to support K-5 students in improving communication, speech, and swallowing skills.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. Provide therapy sessions using various techniques, monitor progress, and adjust plans accordingly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educate students, families, on communication strategies. Stay current with professional development and adhere to ASHA and state licensure standards. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, CA licensure eligibility, and experience with diverse pediatric populations. Skills required include strong assessment, communication, and knowledge of AAC systems and IEP processes. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a start date upon credentialing and until June 6, 2024. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and sick time.
