Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated school-based Speech Language Pathologist to support students in grades K-5 with communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align with IEP goals.
  • Educate students, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and support their understanding.
  • Stay current with professional development and adhere to ASHA and state licensing standards.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, CCC-SLP or eligibility, CA licensure, and experience with diverse pediatric populations.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills are essential, with knowledge of AAC systems preferred.
