Job Description

This position requires a valid Speech-Language Pathology License and offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for December.

Our pediatric therapy center provides a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with services including speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and child development. We offer a spacious, well-designed clinic focused on innovative and engaging therapy for children aged 0-18.

Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 speech therapy, performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, parent education, and supervising SLPA staff. Flexible scheduling, a positive work environment, and professional growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications:

• CA Speech-Language Pathologist License
• CPR certification
• Pediatric experience preferred (training available)
• Strong communication skills and clinic experience
• Bilingual a plus

Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $100,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental insurance, paid time off, and professional development support.
