Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

Job Description

We are hiring *Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)* and *Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)* for school-based positions for the 2025-2026 school year.

Our organization offers a clinician-led, mission-driven environment with specialized training, mentorship programs, and professional development opportunities, including the Compass Program and AAC Mentorship.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing therapy, developing IEP goals, and collaborating with families and educators. SLPs will lead evaluations and IEP meetings, while SLPAs assist with treatment plans and equipment maintenance.
