Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist (Home Health)

Job Description

We are a fast-growing home health company seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to join our dedicated team.

Assess and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders across all ages, with a focus on pediatrics.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapies as needed.

Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Educate patients and caregivers on communication techniques and disorder management.

Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with industry advancements.

Requirements: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, experience in pediatrics preferred, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach.

Details: Part-time, PRN, $70-$85/hr, flexible schedule (Monday-Friday, day shifts, no nights/weekends), approximately 5 hours/week. Benefits include 401(k), insurance options, continuing education, PTO, and flexible hours.

Work Location: On the road, providing services in clients’ homes.
