Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable home care Speech Therapist to conduct visits across Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn.

  • Provides speech and language assessments, develops individualized plans of care aligned with physician directives, and sets measurable short and long-term goals.
  • Delivers rehabilitative services using appropriate techniques and materials, documenting patient progress accurately.
  • Prepares assessments, reassessments, discharge summaries, and maintains detailed clinical records.
  • Collaborates with healthcare team members and participates in care planning, reviews, and policy updates.
  • Educates patients and caregivers on home therapy programs to support ongoing recovery.
  • Engages in staff meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Must hold a master’s degree, ASHA certification, and NY State licensure; prior home care experience preferred.
  • Offers benefits including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, holidays, and orientation; compensation ranges from $80-$115 per visit or $100k-$115k annually.
