Job Description

Seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathology Supervisor at a Pennsylvania-approved non-profit school for children with cerebral palsy and complex neuromuscular disorders.

  • Provide leadership and oversight of the SLP department, supervising staff and managing clinical services for students with specialized needs.
  • Develop and monitor caseloads, staffing ratios, and ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
  • Lead policy development, staff performance management, and collaboration with school leadership on communication, AAC, and feeding programs.
  • Perform evaluations, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and maintain a small caseload.

    • Requirements include a Master’s in Speech/Language Pathology, PA certification, CCC from ASHA, five years of clinical experience, and at least two years of supervisory experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
