Speech-Language Therapist, PRN

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Therapist to provide skilled care in a 104-bed skilled nursing facility in Paramount, CA.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.

Deliver therapy interventions, monitor progress, and adjust treatments accordingly.

Collaborate with healthcare team members and educate patients and families.

Participate in team meetings and discharge planning.

Requirements: Valid state licensure, CCC-SLP certification, CPR/BLS, Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and relevant experience preferred.

Details: PRN schedule, $50-$55/hour, flexible hours, with paid orientation and training. In-person work with opportunity for on-call hours.
