Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Therapist to provide skilled communication and swallowing therapy in a 104-bed skilled nursing facility in Paramount, CA.
Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapy for speech, language, voice, and cognitive disorders.
Collaborate with healthcare team members and educate patients and families.
Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed.
Qualifications include a valid state licensure, CCC-SLP certification, CPR/BLS, and experience working with geriatric populations preferred.
Offer flexible, PRN hours with pay ranging from $50-$55/hour, plus paid orientation and training.
