The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides services to patients of all ages with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention across outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Evaluate and treat patients promptly, collaborating with medical teams and family members.
- Develop and update personalized treatment plans, addressing speech, language, cognition, and swallowing issues.
- Educate patients and families, supervise therapy aides, and document progress accurately.
- Provide community education and participate in meetings to support organizational excellence.
