Evaluate cognitive, neurological, and swallowing issues to develop effective treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, staff, and families, to ensure comprehensive care. Document services accurately and communicate progress clearly to all stakeholders. Maintain current Virginia licensure and ASHA certification; prior experience in long-term care is preferred.
