Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the Early Intervention Department evaluates and monitors children’s communication development, including language, articulation, voice, fluency, feeding, and oral motor skills. They collaborate with families and the early intervention team to plan and provide direct therapy services, ensuring compliance with Family Infant Toddler (FIT) regulations and state/federal guidelines. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized service plans, maintaining records, and participating in trans-disciplinary team efforts. The role requires a Master’s degree and licensure in Speech-Language Therapy, with experience working with children aged 0-3 preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus. The position involves travel within counties, flexible scheduling, and may include evening or weekend hours. Benefits include a flexible schedule, with an annual salary starting at $75,000.
