Job Description

Seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist for the Early Intervention program.

  • Responsible for evaluating and assessing children aged 0-3, focusing on communication, articulation, voice, fluency, feeding, and oral motor skills.

  • Collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored service plans and provides direct therapy and consultation services.

  • Maintains documentation, monitors progress, and ensures compliance with Family Infant Toddler (FIT) regulations and federal/state laws.

  • Participates in team-based, trans-disciplinary service delivery, serving as Team Lead when designated.

  • Requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Therapy, CCC or supervised licensure, and NM state licensure. Experience with children 0-3 preferred.

  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish a plus, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility for travel within counties is necessary.

  • Work environment includes in-home, community settings, and office tasks; occasional evening/weekend hours required. Valid NM driver’s license and background check needed.

    Benefits include a flexible schedule; work schedule is Monday-Friday, day shift. Relocation to Los Lunas, NM is required.
