Job Description
Seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist for the Early Intervention program.
Responsible for evaluating and assessing children aged 0-3, focusing on communication, articulation, voice, fluency, feeding, and oral motor skills. Collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored service plans and provides direct therapy and consultation services. Maintains documentation, monitors progress, and ensures compliance with Family Infant Toddler (FIT) regulations and federal/state laws. Participates in team-based, trans-disciplinary service delivery, serving as Team Lead when designated. Requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Therapy, CCC or supervised licensure, and NM state licensure. Experience with children 0-3 preferred. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish a plus, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility for travel within counties is necessary. Work environment includes in-home, community settings, and office tasks; occasional evening/weekend hours required. Valid NM driver’s license and background check needed.
Benefits include a flexible schedule; work schedule is Monday-Friday, day shift. Relocation to Los Lunas, NM is required.
