Job Description

We are a growing healthcare provider in Wyandotte County dedicated to delivering excellent patient care and fostering a rewarding environment for staff.

  • Evaluate patients within 48 hours of referral and develop treatment plans with physician approval.
  • Treat patients according to approved plans, document all activities, and communicate progress with the team.
  • Participate in care conferences, training, and discharge planning.
  • Record treatment charges and instruct families or staff in maintenance programs.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with policies.
