Job Description
This position provides therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team for adult and geriatric patients.
Communicates effectively with physicians, patients, and team members.
Completes all documentation and pursues ongoing professional development.
Assesses patients, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and evaluates progress.
Participates in multidisciplinary care planning and incorporates developmental considerations for pediatric and geriatric patients.
Contributes to quality improvement initiatives and maintains clinical competencies.
Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited SLP program, current CA licensure, and BLS certification. Hospital experience is preferred; new grads are welcome. The role is part-time/contract in Manteca, CA, with compensation between $40-$55/hour and requires reliable commuting or relocation.
