Job Description

Seeking a PER DIEM Speech Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Rochester, NY, located at Wesley Gardens, 3 Upton Park.

  • Provide quality SLP services, including patient evaluations, screenings, referrals, and care planning.
  • Complete timely documentation such as progress notes, reports, and discharge summaries.
  • Have knowledge of short-term and long-term SLP care, and instruct patients, families, and staff on goals and techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.


    • Qualifications: Valid NYS License & CCC, experience with cognitive and dysphagia rehab, preferred knowledge of Rehab Optima.

    Compensation: $53.00 – $58.00/hour.

    Requirements: Ability to commute and relocate to Rochester before starting.

    Work is in person.
