Job Description
This position provides therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team, focusing on adult and geriatric patients.
Essential duties include effective communication with physicians, patients, and team members, completing documentation, and engaging in ongoing professional development. Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, assesses patient progress, and adjusts therapy goals accordingly. Possesses skills to evaluate developmental and aging factors, tailoring care for pediatric and geriatric populations. Participates in quality improvement activities and interdisciplinary planning. Qualifications: Hospital experience preferred; new grads accepted. Must have an accredited SLP program graduation, current CA license, and BLS certification. CFY considered.
Details: Part-time/contract role in Manteca, CA, with pay ranging from $40-$55/hr. Must be able to commute or plan to relocate. In-person work environment.
