The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides evaluation, treatment, and education for residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, providing therapy, documenting progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and educating residents, families, and staff.
