This position provides therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team for adult and geriatric patients.

Communicates effectively with physicians, patients, and team members.

Completes all required documentation and pursues ongoing professional development.

Assesses patients, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and evaluates progress toward goals.

Adapts treatment strategies based on developmental, pediatric, or geriatric needs.

Participates in care planning, quality improvement activities, and maintains clinical skills.

Preferred hospital experience; new grads are welcome.

Requires CA licensure, BLS certification, and reliable commute or relocation to Manteca, CA.

Part-time, contract role paying $40-$55/hour. In-person work location.
