Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, treatment, and education for residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy, documenting progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and educating residents, families, and staff.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid state licensure

Preferred CCC-SLP certification; CFY candidates considered

Experience in geriatrics or skilled nursing preferred

Skills needed include strong clinical reasoning, communication, teamwork, and documentation.
