Job Description

Seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, treat, and educate residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid licensure in Oregon (or applicable state)
  • Preferred CCC-SLP certification; CFY candidates considered
  • Experience in geriatrics or skilled nursing preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
