Job Description

Seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy, documenting progress, collaborating with staff, and educating residents and families.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid license in Oregon, CCC-SLP preferred, with experience in geriatrics or rehab ideal.

Skills needed are strong clinical reasoning, communication, teamwork, and thorough documentation.

Work hours are approximately 10 hours weekly, including weekends.
