Job Description
Seeking a Part-Time/PRN Speech Therapist to join the Rehabilitation team.
Provide comprehensive speech therapy services, including assessment, intervention, program planning, documentation, and communication with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
Develop individualized care plans to help patients regain or develop communication skills after speech loss.
Monitor and modify treatment responses, collaborate with healthcare providers, and participate in conferences and discharge planning.
Engage in performance improvement projects and ongoing program development.
Qualifications include a Graduate Degree in Speech-Language Pathology; two years of experience preferred.
