Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team at a well-established rehab organization with over 35 years of experience. This full-time position in Willmar, MN offers a salary of $40-$50/hour, up to a $2,500 bonus, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, PTO, retirement plans, tuition assistance, and more.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing and diagnosing communication, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
• Providing therapy and educating patients and families
• Monitoring progress and collaborating with healthcare teams

Qualifications: Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited program, hold a current MN Speech Therapist License, and demonstrate strong communication skills. New grads are welcome to apply.
