Job Description

Seeking a part-time or PRN Speech Therapist to provide quality speech therapy services, including assessment, intervention, program planning, documentation, and communication with a multidisciplinary team, patients, and families. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, aiding speech recovery, monitoring progress, collaborating with healthcare providers, and participating in family and patient conferences to establish goals and discharge plans. The role involves direct patient intervention, consultation, and staff education, with participation in performance improvement initiatives.

Work is conducted in person.
