Speech Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a part-time or PRN Speech Therapist to provide quality speech therapy services in our Rehabilitation division.

This role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and communicating with multi-disciplinary teams, patients, and families. Responsibilities include direct patient intervention, staff consultation, and education on Speech Therapy services.

Qualifications include a graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with two years of experience preferred.

Key duties involve creating personalized care plans, aiding patients in regaining communication skills, monitoring progress, collaborating with healthcare providers and families, and participating in conferences and discharge planning. The role also supports departmental goals through performance improvement efforts.
