Job Description
Seeking a part-time or PRN Speech Therapist to provide quality speech therapy services, including assessment, intervention, program planning, documentation, and communication with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
- Develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Assist patients in recovering or developing reliable communication skills.
- Monitor responses to therapy and adjust plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and educate staff on speech therapy services.
- Engage with families, participate in conferences, rounds, and discharge planning.
- Contribute to departmental goals through performance improvement and program planning.
Qualifications include a graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology; two years of experience preferred.
