Speech Therapist

Job Description

Seeking a part-time or PRN Speech Therapist to provide quality speech therapy services, including assessment, intervention, program planning, documentation, and communication with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families.

• Develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Assist patients in recovering or developing reliable communication skills.
• Monitor responses to therapy and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and educate staff on speech therapy services.
• Engage with families, participate in conferences, rounds, and discharge planning.
• Contribute to departmental goals through performance improvement and program planning.

Qualifications include a graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology; two years of experience preferred.
