Job Description
Seeking a Part-Time/PRN Speech Therapist to provide quality speech therapy services, including assessment, intervention, program planning, documentation, and communication with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, facilitating speech recovery, monitoring progress, and collaborating on discharge planning. The role involves direct patient interventions, staff consultation, and participation in family and care conferences to establish goals and follow-up plans.
- Qualifications: Graduate Degree in Speech-Language Pathology; 2+ years of experience preferred.
- Participate in performance improvement, program planning, and departmental goals.
