Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team, emphasizing neurodiversity and a child-centered approach.

  • Provide speech and language therapy in individual and small-group settings.
  • Conduct evaluations and develop personalized therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, occupational therapists, and psychologists to support communication and social skills.
  • Participate in IEP/ILP meetings and share progress updates.
  • Promote a communication-rich, neurodiversity-affirming school environment.
  • Offer consultation to staff and families on communication strategies and supports.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state license, ASHA certification, and experience with neurodiverse populations. Familiarity with social communication frameworks is preferred. Flexible, collaborative communication skills are essential. The position is part-time, offering flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, and an hourly rate of $40-$42. Work is in person, with 12-20 hours weekly.
