Job Description
We are seeking a PRN Licensed Speech Language Pathologist, ideal for a partially retired SLP looking for flexible work.
Responsibilities include:
Assessing and evaluating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
Providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
Evaluating treatment outcomes and documenting progress effectively.
Collaborating with patients, families, and care team members to plan for patient needs.
Communicating patient progress and treatment plans with team members and supervisors.
Maintaining timely and accurate charting and documentation.
Using proper body mechanics at all times.
Requirements include being a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. This PRN position offers flexibility and is suitable for someone with prior SLP experience.
