Job Description
This exempt position offers a starting salary of $80,089, based on experience.
It oversees the daily operations of the Speech/Language Pathology Department and community residential programs.
Responsibilities include providing direct patient care for those with speech, language, cognitive, or hearing disorders, assessing swallowing for dysphagia patients, supervising staff, and participating in quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications require a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA certification, Oklahoma licensure, and at least two years of experience in rehabilitation or psychiatric settings, preferably with neurorehabilitation and dysphagia experience.
Physical capability includes sitting, standing, walking long distances, and lifting at least 65 lbs.
