Job Description
This exempt position offers a starting salary of $80,089, based on experience.
It oversees the daily operations of the Speech/Language Pathology Department and related community programs, ensuring patient communication needs are met.
Responsibilities include providing direct care, assessments (including dysphagia), documentation, supervising staff, and contributing to performance improvement efforts.
Qualifications require a Master’s in Speech and Language Pathology, certification, licensure, and relevant experience in neurorehabilitation, with a preference for neurogenic disorders and dysphagia experience.
Physical demands include long periods of sitting or standing, walking, and lifting up to 65 lbs.
