Job Description

The Speech Therapist conducts assessments and develops individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing functions. They implement, supervise, and evaluate therapy activities, collaborate with the care team, and educate patients and families on therapy techniques. The role requires documentation, adherence to ethical standards, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, valid state licensure, and CCC from ASHA, with preferred home health experience.

Physical requirements include good sensory abilities and the capacity to work a minimum of eight hours daily.
