Job Description

This role involves providing speech therapy services to patients across Stephens, Grady, and Comanche Counties, requiring travel to long-term care facilities, homes, and outpatient clinics.


  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Deliver therapy sessions focused on speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and monitor progress.
  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with best practices.

    • Qualifications include valid Oklahoma licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, experience in pediatrics, long-term care, or assisted living, and excellent assessment and communication skills. Prior pediatric experience is preferred.
