Speech Therapist at Linda Mar Rehabilitation: Full-Time or PRN

Job Description

We are an ESOP (employee-owned) organization offering team members ownership from day one, with potential for additional compensation based on tenure and wages.

We are seeking full-time and per-diem *Speech-Language Pathologists* to join our collaborative team.

Provides speech therapy services per licensure requirements.

Supervises assistants, aides, and students per regulations.

Adheres to safety procedures for personal and patient protection.

Engages in ongoing professional development and education.

Supports department operations and growth.

Communicates patient needs and status effectively with involved parties.

Qualifications include a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, licensure in good standing, knowledge of payer sources, professionalism, multitasking ability, and CPR certification.

Job types: PRN and Full-time; Pay: $50-$70/hour.
Work is in person.
