Job Description
We are an ESOP-owned organization offering employees ownership from day one, with additional compensation based on tenure and wages. We are seeking full-time and per-diem Speech-Language Pathologists to join our collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech therapy services to patients in accordance with licensure.
Supervise assistants, rehab aides, and students per regulations.
Adhere to safety protocols for personal and patient protection.
Enhance professional knowledge through continuing education.
Support department operations and communicate patient needs effectively.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an approved Speech Language Pathology program.
Unencumbered practice license and good standing with licensing agencies.
Knowledge of Medicare and payer sources.
Understanding of residents’ rights and professional presentation.
Ability to multitask and communicate fluently in English.
CPR certification required.
Job types include PRN and full-time, with pay ranging from $50 to $70 per hour. The position involves in-person work.
