Job Description

We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our Home Health team in Morristown, TN.

Provide assessment and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments in patients within the scope of practice.

Evaluate patient function, assist in developing therapy plans, and educate patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Work within state laws, coordinate with the care team, and treat patients in their homes.

Must Haves: Current Speech Therapy license, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and ability to commute within the area.
