Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to join our healthcare team, focusing on geriatric care.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of communication and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement personalized, goal-oriented therapy plans tailored to individual needs.

Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and cognitive functions.

Collaborate with healthcare teams, patients, and families to ensure cohesive care.

Monitor progress and adjust treatments accordingly, maintaining detailed documentation.

Stay updated with advancements in speech therapy and medical knowledge.

Requirements: Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, experience with geriatric populations preferred, strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology, and excellent communication skills.
