Speech Therapist – Home Health (ST/SLP)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide speech and language therapy services across various settings such as schools, hospitals, and critical care units.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy to improve communication skills, collaborating with healthcare teams and families, maintaining accurate records, and staying current with best practices.

Qualifications required are a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and relevant experience. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, IEPs, and standardized testing is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential.
