Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our long-term care team, providing expert services to residents to improve communication, swallowing, and quality of life.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing issues.
Develop personalized therapy plans, including early intervention for pediatric patients when applicable.
Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Document progress accurately, educate residents and families, and participate in ongoing training.
Qualifications include a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, and preferably experience with pediatric populations.
