Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join a long-term care facility, providing communication and swallowing therapy to residents.

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing issues.
  • Create personalized therapy plans, including early intervention for pediatric patients.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions and collaborate with healthcare teams.
  • Document progress accurately and educate residents and families.
  • Participate in ongoing training for diverse populations.

    • Qualifications include a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, and preferably experience with pediatric populations. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of relevant anatomy and physiology are essential.
