Job Description

This Pediatric Speech Therapist position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and requires 1-3 years of experience.

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders.

  • Develop individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques.

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare teams to support children’s communication goals.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in interdisciplinary care.

  • Require a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and pediatric experience; CCC-SLP preferred.
