Qualifications include licensure as an SLP, experience or willingness to learn home health, reliability, and current CPR and auto insurance. Responsibilities involve evaluations, routine visits, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and family education.

We seek a compassionate, self-motivated professional with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 1 year of communication or home health experience preferred. Must be willing to relocate to Troy, OH. Positions are part-time, PRN, or per diem, paying from $60/hour, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental insurance, paid time off, and more.
