Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at a 240-bed facility offering Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, and Sub Acute services.

Purpose: Provide high-quality speech therapy services to residents, following established standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Screening residents to determine appropriate interventions
• Evaluating residents and developing personalized treatment plans with goals
• Communicating findings and recommendations to residents, families, and team members
• Establishing therapy schedules and conducting sessions per plan
• Accurately documenting and billing therapy services

Requirements:

• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• At least 1 year of recent SLP experience
