Speech Therapist SLP ** SIGN ON BONUS for Full Time **

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our 240-bed facility offering Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, and Sub-Acute services. This full-time or part-time role involves conducting resident screenings, evaluating patients, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and coordinating therapy schedules with the team.

Qualifications include an active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist, current BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of recent SLP experience. Extensive training and orientation are provided.
